Obvion is open en eerlijk. Wij laten onze rentetarieven altijd zien, ook die van het verleden. Handig als u wilt weten hoe de hypotheekrente was toen u de hypotheek heeft afgesloten. Of als u wilt weten hoe de hypotheekrente zich heeft ontwikkeld.
Rentehistorie 2012
De hieronder genoemde rentetarieven gelden voor de hypotheekvormen: Spaarhypotheek, SpaarGerusthypotheek, Levenhypotheek (met verzekering of beleggingsrekening), Aflossingsvrije hypotheek, Annuïteitenhypotheek en Lineaire hypotheek.
Let op: Voor hypotheken zonder Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG) hanteert Obvion risico-opslagen.
